Children's Hospital donation March 13, 2018

4 of our ladies drove to Children's Hospital in Cincinnati to make a donation of 40 lap quilts, 46 gowns, and 18 pairs of shorts .  So glad that we finally were able to make our donations.  This is just one of the donations that the Quilt Batts make during the year.  When asked where we get our material, I reply that material is purchase with money collected at quilt show.  It is a circle of life!  We get money...

Donation to EMS

We had our March meeting last night at United Methodist Church in Brookville, IN.  Our group donated 25 lap quilts to Franklin County EMS last night.  Roy Rosenberger accepted quilts that his sister, Susan Van Meter, presented to EMS.

February 16th meeting

We had our February meeting this evening at United Methodist Church in Brookville.  One of things that was discussed were how many quilts that our group donated in 2016 and groups that recieved quilts.  Childrens Hospital 87 quilts, Franklin County Fair Baby show 16 quilts, Shiners Hospital 30 quilts, Need families through churches 77 quilts, Nursing Home 15 quilts.  Also, Childrens Hospital recieved 34 gowns, 28 shorts, 28 knitted caps, 39 spools of thread, 2 ya...
